Making previews display more quickly

Pixel Doubling speeds up an image preview by temporarily doubling the size of the pixels by halving the resolution of the preview. This option has no effect on the pixels in the file; it simply provides faster previews.

To speed up previews:

1. Choose Edit > Preferences > Display & Cursors.
2. Select Use Pixel Doubling.
3. Click OK.
