So that you can use all of the Web-related features in Photoshop Elements, including Online Services, make sure that you've set up your computer to send e-mail and browse the Web. Refer to any documentation provided by your preferred e-mail or Internet provider for setting up Web access.

You can also adjust these settings in your operating system. Refer to the operating system's documentation if you need help with settings.
