9:00 : The participants arrive at Tyler
Hall
- Confirmation of pre-registrations;
- Last-minute registrations (up to capacity of the computer lab);
- Coffee and donuts (for early comers);
- Distribution of badges and information relative to the competition;
- Explanation of the rules of operation;
- Assignment of one workstation to each team;
- Distributions of the problems for the competition (one copy per team).

10:00 AM: The competition begins
- Official start of the programming period for all participants;
- Study rooms and EnVision computer lab (Tyler Hall);
- Free coffee throughout the competition.

Lunch time
Lunch is not provided, so please bring your own. Participants may choose to keep
programming during lunch time if they desire. |
6:00 PM: It's over!
Official end of the programming time. Programs submitted after this time
will be rejected by the corrector. |
6:30 PM: Party time!
Free pizza and soft drinks should arrive about that time. |
Prizes for the top teams
Prizes will be distributed to the winners and top teams on Monday, 06
November (exact time and location yet undecided) |
